A consistent adult in a young person's corner — someone who turns up when they said they would. Weekly one-to-one time built around what they need: life skills like cooking, budgeting, getting around on public transport and building routines that hold; and career development when they're ready for it — resumes, interview practice, study and work pathways. Grounded in youth work and youth justice experience.

For lawyers, schools and agencies
We take referrals from family lawyers, Legal Aid WA, the Aboriginal Legal Service, schools and community agencies. Email us with a brief outline and we'll usually respond within one business day, then set up a no-cost conversation before anything is booked or billed.
We'll be straight with you about what we can and can't do. We supervise contact and transport and provide factual written records. We don't prepare family reports, give expert opinion, or make recommendations about parenting arrangements — and we'll say so early rather than late.

No. Everything on this page sits outside the NDIS. These services are arranged privately, or by referral from a school, agency or lawyer. There's no plan, no waiting list and no eligibility test.
Supervised family time and supervised transport are quoted per session or per journey, including preparation, waiting time and written notes. Youth support is quoted hourly or as an agreed package. Every engagement starts with a written agreement setting out the rate, what's included, cancellation terms and payment terms — signed before anything begins.
We agree the purpose, venue, duration and who attends with you and your lawyer or referring agency before the first session. Sessions are supervised by a qualified social worker who records clear, factual, contemporaneous observations of what happened, and you receive a copy. How those observations are used in any legal proceeding is a matter for the parties and their legal representatives.
We agree everything in writing before the first journey — the route, timing, who may collect, and what happens if a parent doesn't attend or a child doesn't want to travel. Journeys are made by a qualified, screened adult in a fully insured vehicle with properly fitted restraints, with no unscheduled stops. You receive a factual written record of each journey.
Yes, and we stay that way. We supervise and transport only: we don't assess, advise or advocate for either parent, and we don't prepare family reports or act as an expert witness. Our written records describe what happened, not what it means.
Supervised family time and supervised transport are arranged in Perth, in a setting agreed with you and your lawyer or referring agency beforehand. Youth support is delivered where we have local workers: currently Perth's southern and northern suburbs, and expanding.
Our founder is an MSW-qualified social worker with a career in child protection, youth justice and family services. Every worker must hold an NDIS Worker Screening Check and a current Working with Children Check where they work with anyone under 18, before they begin. We work in line with the AASW Code of Ethics.
