Which Perth suburbs do you cover?
Our in-person supports currently run across Perth's southern suburbs (including Baldivis, Rockingham, Mandurah and surrounds) and are expanding into the northern suburbs. If you're unsure, ask — if we can't cover your area yet, we'll say so honestly and suggest who can.
Can I choose my worker?
Yes. Matching matters to us — we introduce you before anything starts, and if the fit isn't right, we change it. You're never locked in.
Do you work with plan-managed and self-managed participants?
Yes, both. We charge in line with the NDIS Pricing Schedule and confirm all rates with you in writing before services begin.
How often can a worker visit?
As often as your plan and your routine need — from a single weekly visit to support several days a week. We set the schedule around what actually helps, and adjust it as things change.
